I have acne. Can I use Skin Trainer? Yes. As with any facial product, use gently and let your own face give you the feedback on application and frequency of use. The Skin Trainer product is ph neutral and hypoallergenic. |

I have rosacea. Can I use your product? Anyone with rosacea or other skin sensitivities should consult with his/her doctor before using our product. |

I am currently treating my skin with a medical preparation. Can I use your product? We HIGHLY recommend you finish all medical skin treatments BEFORE beginning Skin Trainer. If you are under doctors' care for any skin condition, always consult with them before using our product. |

My face is redder than usual following the product use. Is this normal? Skin Trainer promotes skin renewal from the sub-surface layers. This skin is a more "rosy" color. If redness is occurring, be less aggressive in the application of Skin Trainer. Skip a day or two of application and let your skin tell you your personal training pace. |

Can I use sunscreen with Skin Trainer? Yes. You may use sunscreens with Skin Trainer. Even healthy skin should not be exposed to excessive amounts of sun. When you must be in the sun for extended periods, sunscreens may be prudent. |

Can I use Skin Trainer while I am using products which contain alpha-hydroxy, retin-a or other chemical peel type products? NO. These products work by thinning your skin (denuding your skin), and leaving it raw and exposed. We highly recommend waiting two to four weeks after you quit using your old products before starting your Personal Skin Training. |

How much Skin Trainer do I use? The 8 oz. Jar of Skin Trainer is approximately a 60 day supply for use on your face. More is not necessarily better when applying. Use the prescribed technique to get the most out of the product. |

Can I use Skin Trainer other places on my body? Yes. The face, neck, arms, legs, chest and stomach seem to be quite popular "alternate areas" where Skin Trainer users obtain good results. As always, let your skin in each area set your personal skin training level. |

Use fingertips (or a dry wash cloth) for product application, being careful not to get into eyes or mouth. Use gentle pressure and small circular motion to apply Skin Trainer. |

To remove, wipe gently away from your eyes with a damp washcloth, rinsing the cloth and repeating as many times as needed. Keep eyes closed while removing product within one (1) inch of eye area. |

One of the more popular methods is to use Skin Trainer on your dry skin right before showering. Then rinse thoroughly with your eyes and mouth closed. |
